Messaging Consent Policy

Account, Audit, and Service Emails

When you request an audit, connect your repository, or otherwise use AnchorStack services, we may send you emails that are necessary to provide or support your requested service. These include:

• Confirmation that your audit request was received
• Your completed audit report and findings
• Follow-up about your account or a service you have requested
• Transactional or billing emails related to a paid engagement

These emails are sent as needed to deliver the service you requested. They are not marketing emails and are not controlled by your marketing consent preference.

Marketing Emails (Optional)

Marketing emails include tips, product updates, educational content, and news about AnchorStack. These emails are entirely optional and separate from the account and service emails described above.

You will only receive marketing emails if you explicitly opt in by checking the marketing consent box on a signup or service request form. The checkbox is unchecked by default — we will not add you to marketing lists unless you choose to join.

How We Collect Consent

Marketing consent is collected at the point of signup or service request, through a clearly labeled, opt-in checkbox. The checkbox label states that you are choosing to receive marketing emails from AnchorStack. Consent is recorded along with the date it was given and the version of this policy that was displayed at the time.

If you do not check the marketing consent box, your choice is recorded as no consent granted. You can still use AnchorStack services, and you will still receive the account and service emails needed to fulfill your request.

Withdrawing Marketing Consent

You can withdraw your marketing email consent at any time. To do so:

• Use the unsubscribe link included in the footer of any marketing email you receive from AnchorStack.
• Email hello@anchorstack.dev and request to be removed from marketing communications.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect account or service emails. You will continue to receive emails that are necessary to support any active service or audit request.
